Morgan is considered a fucking psychopath, a sociopath, someone who tortures and kills for fun, or simply put, pure evil.
Zalgo offered him powers with the purpose of collecting souls to give them to him and use those abilities to amuse his prey. His powers are unknown, but it depends on which of them will ever use them.
